Return & Refund Policy

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days from when product has been delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software, products, or media

To initiate a return please contact us directly at info@vrsociety.net and include your Order Number, as well as what you would like to return, and why, in your email.

Drop Shipped Items

For products that are drop shipped directly from our partners, the return and refund policy might vary based on the manufacturer's policy. Each product page will indicate whether it is a drop shipped item, and any unique return/refund conditions will be detailed on the product page itself.

To initiate a return or report a problem with a drop shipped item, please still contact us directly at info@vrsociety.net, and include your Order Number, what you would like to return, and why, in your email. We will guide you through the process and liaise with our partners as needed.

Return Shipping

Domestic - We will provide a shipping label/return label once the return has been initiated. After the label shows that the item is in-transit, we will begin either the refund or replacement process for the items in question.

International - Unfortunately, we do not have the capability to create or generate return labels for international orders at this time. If you wish to return items you've purchased, you must purchase the shipping label. Once we have received the items, we will begin the refund or replacement process for the items in question.

Return Shipping for Drop Shipped Items

For domestic orders of drop shipped items, the return shipping process will depend on the manufacturer's policy. We will provide you with instructions once the return has been initiated.

For international orders of drop shipped items, you may need to cover the cost of return shipping, depending on the manufacturer's policy. We will provide you with more details during the return process.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds (if applicable)

Process - Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days (determined by CC provider).

Refunds for Drop Shipped Items (if applicable)
